Leadership:

Sales Development Manager: Kathie Cerchio

Responsible for overall business to include business management and technical service. Kathie has over 25 years of highly successful start-up, technical service, and business management experience in high performance polymer films, and, secondary film operations to include thermoforming, lamination, and conversion. Kathie has a masters degree in Marketing from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Production/Process Manager: Jim Sommer 

Responsible for production, process development, and, equipment systems. Jim has over 22 years of recognized expertise and leadership in the manufacturing of high performance polymer films and sheets. Jim has multiple technical certifications with advanced education in mechanical engineering and process systems.

Technical Services Manager: Stefano Mortara

Responsible for global technical service for film and resin. Stefano has extensive production, process and technical service experience in multiple thermoplastic applications and processes. He has a masters degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Technical University of Padova, Italy.
