Leadership:

CEO: Pete Woloson

Responsible for executive direction. Pete has extensive global leadership experience in the high performance thermoplastic, electronics, and semiconductor industries. Pete's previous positions with both large multi-national corporations and smaller niche companies include Managing Director of Europe & Middle East, and, Global Director of Sales, Marketing & Technical Services. He has a bachelors of science in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.

Director: Kathie Cerchio 

Responsible for overall business to include business management and technical service. Kathie has over 25 years of highly successful start-up, technical service, and business management experience in high performance polymer films, and, secondary film operations to include thermoforming, lamination, and conversion. Kathie has a masters degree in Marketing from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Operations Manager: Sugianto Hanggodo

Responsible for process and product engineering. Sugianto has successfully initiated and optimized complex extrusion and polymerization processes at multiple locations in the USA and Europe. He holds a masters degree in Chemical Engineering and Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park, Maryland.
